People from counties (cities, districts and flags) coming (returning) to Sichuan can move freely. There is no need to provide negative nucleic acid test certificates when entering Sichuan, health code and communication travel card should be checked after entering Sichuan, and relevant management measures should be implemented in accordance with the epidemic prevention and control reminder SMS.
For those coming (returning) to Sichuan with 7 days in high-risk areas, 7 days of nucleic acid test on the 1,2,3,5 and 7 days of centralized isolation; the management period starts from leaving the risk area.
For those coming (returning) living for 7 days in the medium risk area, 7 days of nucleic acid test on the 1st, 4th and 7th days of home isolation; if not qualified for medical observation, centralized isolation medical observation shall be adopted; the management period starts from the departure from the risk area.
For those with a 7-day travel history in low-risk areas, two nucleic acid tests will be completed within 3 days and health monitoring will be conducted.
We will ensure that college students can return to their hometown smoothly
College students who are eligible to leave school and return to their hometown shall not be quarantined.For areas with epidemic conditions, if there is no epidemic in universities, students can leave school with a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours after the closure of more than 7 days, and will no longer be quarantined after returning home.College students in epidemic-free areas can leave school and return home normally.
Ensure the smooth passage of passenger trucks and passengers
No inspection points are allowed to set up epidemic prevention checkpoints at will, and to restrict the passage of qualified passengers and trucks.The passage of passenger and freight personnel and vehicles from low-risk areas is not restricted, and the passage of passenger and freight personnel and vehicles is not simply restricted on the grounds that coming from or passing through the cities where the medium or high-risk areas are located.

Optimize the management measures for inbound personnel
The management measures of "7-day centralized quarantine medical observation + 3 days of home health monitoring" will be implemented for inbound personnel, and nucleic acid tests will be carried out once on the 1,2,3,5 and 7 days of centralized quarantine medical observation.A nucleic acid test will be carried out on the third day of the 3-day home health monitoring, during which the body temperature and symptoms will be well monitored.
